I believe that we can meet the needs of the clients we support without burning out, struggling financially or sacrificing our personal and family's needs. I have worked in different roles in statutory and third sector services, set up and co-managed a charity, have journeyed through 27 years of practising as a Play Therapist and supporting children's therapists through supervision or line management, and now find myself passionate about business practice that works.
